The area’s biggest, most electrifying fall event!

Meander through an 18th-century landscape and discover a breathtaking display of more than 7,000 illuminated jack o’lanterns—all designed and hand-carved on site by our team of artisans!

Tour the brand-new Museum of Pumpkin Art, where classic paintings get the gourd treatment, see who let the (pumpkin) dogs out, listen for the Headless Horseman—and watch out for swooping jack o’lantern bats!

See the Pumpkin Carousel twirl and the Pumpkin Windmill whirl and step inside the Pumpkin Planetarium for a star show like you’ve never seen. You’ll certainly hold a torch for the 25-foot-tall jack o’lantern Statue of Liberty and get personal with Instagrammable signs of the zodiac.

Complete with synchronized lighting and an original soundtrack, this one-of-a-kind event is not to be missed! More than 1,000 volunteers help scoop, carve, and light the pumpkins and every single jack o’lantern is hand-carved on site by our team of professional artists.

All proceeds from Blaze and our other Halloween events support the programs of Historic Hudson Valley, a non-profit education organization.

Parking is available 30 minutes before your ticketed time slot.

This event is wheelchair accessible, however it is a walk-through experience along uneven, unpaved, soft-surface terrain.

Event takes place rain or shine.

The Polar Express Comes Alive in Kingston!

Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, November 15 – December 28, 2019

Thursdays 12/12, 12/19 & 12/26

Wednesday 12/18

Monday 12/23

Set to the sounds of the motion picture, passengers will relive the classic story as they are whisked away on THE POLAR EXPRESS™ for a magical trip to the North Pole. Once on board, the Conductor will work their way through the coach and punch your golden ticket as you’re served hot chocolate and a delicious cookie by our chef’s!

Passengers will read along with the classic children’s book, The Polar Express, by Chris Van Allsburg.

Once at The North Pole, Santa and his Elves board the train to greet passengers and each guest is given the first gift of Christmas – a silver sleigh bell. During the trip, characters on each car lead passengers in caroling and on board entertainment – just like in the film! Each guest will take home a keepsake sleigh bell in addition to the wonderful memories made on this unforgettable adventure.

We request passengers arrive approximately 45 minutes before their departure time and check in at the will call desk located in the Polar Express tent. Boarding starts approximately 20 minutes before departure time.

Wheelchair seating is limited in our 1950’s vintage coaches. If there is anyone in the party with mobility issues – please contact us at 845-332- 4854, we can book your tickets in a coach that can accommodate wheel chairs.

We do have limited seats reserved for families with sensory sensitivities. Please contact us at 845-332-4854 to book these seats. There will be softer audio and lighting levels in these seats.

In order to offer the best experience for all guests, seating is assigned on board THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride. You will select your own seats during the online checkout process as you would on an airline. Please review seating charts carefully.
