Take a deep breath and get ready to relax! This engaging class with Mindful Yoga with Liz is designed for toddlers and their caregivers. Using a variety of manipulatives, children will learn body awareness, balance, build core strength, work on fine and gross motor skills, and more, all in a fun and nurturing environment. This is a great opportunity to bond with your littles while engaging your mind, body, spirit, and inner child. This program is appropriate for seasoned walkers up to three years old.
