Meditation for Families Class
11 am – 12 pm
$5 for one child, $7 for two children, $10.50 for three children
Classes will include a brief teaching and meditation relevant to everyday experiences, followed by engaging activities that support the meditation topic, such as story-telling, crafts, and music. This class is designed for children ages 4 and up, but parents can decide what works for them. Everyone is welcome! The teachers, Milanda Marshall and Timmy Meyer, have trained in meditation at Kadampa Meditation Center NY for many years. They also have extensive work experience with children and families.
