Calling all families of toddlers!!! Join Riley every Friday at 11am for a fun & active yoga class designed just for you and your little one.

This WEEKLY yoga class is for anyone who is looking for a healthy, playful bonding activity to do with a special toddler(around ages 1-3) in their life. We will explore everything-from shaking out the sillies, making traditional yoga poses accessible and fun for your chlid, and begun introducing breath as a tool!

Come move, sing, dance, laugh & BREATHE!!

We will create a safe & welcoming environment where your child’s comfort is our first priority.

Open but not limited to– any parent, grandparent, role model, or sibling looking to strengthen their relationship with any special infant in their life. Let’s work together to create a healthier, happier, more peaceful future for our children!!!!

MIDDLETOWN – Family Yoga @ Kelly’s Music Corner

Looking for a healthy bonding activity that allows you to spend time with your little one/s? Join Riley every Thursday at 5:30 at Kelly’s Music Corner for a fun, playful yoga class to feed body, mind , and soul connection.

Open to infants- children 5 of age and their loving adult/s to explore yoga in a fun easy way. Big & gentle movements, modified traditional yoga poses & kriyas, games & songs to make meditation available to your whole family. Learn postures and practices to encourage self-control, mindfulness , and healthy family connections in your home.

Thursdays 5:30-6:15pm

Ages infant-5 years and their loving adult/s

Drop in rate of $20 +$10 for each additional sibling for each 45 minute class.

MIDDLETOWN – Tween/Teen Yoga @ Kelly’s Music Corner

Do you have a teen that is unsure of their “thing”? Do they struggle with school or anxiety or are they just looking to fit in? If you think your teen could benefit from yoga in their life, have them join Riley every Thursday at 4:15 for an hour long class just for teens & tweens (10+). Yoga has been proven to increase overall well-being, while providing mental, emotional, and physical tools to deal with the stressors of life.

We will create a safe and welcoming environment for teens and tweens to explore their bodies, minds, and breath while encouraging qualities such as self-control and mindfulness as well as body and emotional awareness.

Thursdays 4:15-5:15pm

KINGSTON- Mindful Minis, Toddler Pop-up Yoga Class @ The Yoga House

Taught by fun & experienced (as a teacher and a mama!) Amy Reed, let your child learn yoga in this safe & fun environment This first class we’ll explore yoga through the theme of “Bugs & Birds.” Parents are welcome to stay and play or drop off (only if child can separate easily and child can take instruction).

Hosted at our Midtown Studio


HIGH FALLS- Mama Dance, Yoga & Singing

Mama & Baby, Dance, Yoga and Singing. Do you want to do something nice for yourself and for your baby together? This hour offers you the perfect combination of a little yoga to strengthen and support your body, perhaps some singing for your baby but absolutely dancing together. Enjoy seeing your baby’s face light up when you dance together and starts to participate with the sweet little hands and legs, as you make contact with each other and other mommies and babies! Please bring a carrier/sling to class! Comfortable clothes for mama’s to move in recommended. Also with the babies we just want to make sure no one brings a sick baby or comes sick to class. Suitable for mothers (fathers or grand-parents also welcome) of new-born babies until they start walking. Free. Donation to studio welcome.
