FISHKILL – 5K Orchard Run & Kids Dash @ Fishkill Farms

Sunday, July 28, 2019

8:30 – 11:30 am

$15 Kids Dash

$25 5K

Enjoy a unique opportunity to run through the orchard at Fishkill Farms with two separate races for both families and competitors!

The day will start at 8 am with the Kids’ Dash, where kids race one another 1,000 meters (just over 1/2 mile) on a separate course in the heart of Fishkill Farms. There is no age limit.

The next race up? Adults (and children) can compete on a designated 5K course that winds through Fishkill Farms’ beautiful apple orchards. This race is meant for competitive runners and casual runners. Competitive runners will line up in one group, while casual runners will line up in a separate group a short distance behind. Both will be starting at 8:30 a.m. The casual running group provides friends and families alike to enjoy the course at their own leisure.

Race to beat your personal best time, just run to have fun or simply enjoy the Hudson Valley. Either way the day will be full of fun and fitness for you and your family! You will receive a t-shirt and the chance to enjoy a free Fishkill Farm’s famous cider donut after your event.

Stay at Fishkill Farms after the race to listen to music, enjoy the beautiful views of the Hudson Valley, have a bite to eat and pick the produce in season at Fishkill Farms’ orchards.
