Our one-hour recreational class providing an introduction to gymnastics, where we start each student with the core elements of gymnastics, followed by total body conditioning and more difficult tricks. We want children to enjoy learning in a safe and non-competitive environment. Your child will begin each class with a group warm-up employing their large muscle groups to increase flexibility and overall strength, in addition to raising their heart rate. Our informative coaches will teach them progression drills & skills to stretch, strengthen and develop at a level comfortable to each individual. Activities include tumbling, low bar, floor beam, and motor skills.
