As we embark on this new school year, we begin to leave summer behind and try to get back to some sort of routine, I want to share with you how I can be of service to you using Yoga.

After much thought and contemplation over this summer, it is my heart felt intention to move towards a private yoga practice to better serve you. My intention is to guide you and your body through a practice that will benefit you as the individual. If you have scoliosis, a private practice is tailored to bring you relief depending on your curve. All the while allowing you to gain an insight on your body while it moves in a mindful way.

This private practice doesn’t just have to be for scoliosis. If it is difficult for you to attend a class, but you still want all the benefits of a practice, I can help.

I am here to serve via a yoga practice catered just for you, no matter your age. I am certified 200 hour yoga teacher, specializing in Yoga for scoliosis and accessible yoga for all. I am experienced in work all ages, but my heart belongs to working with kids of all ages. Let’s talk!
