During this live and interactive 2-week online cooking class series with Chef Linda, you’ll learn how to use these plant-based staple ingredients to their fullest potential. In your first week, Chef Linda will teach you how to prepare three plant-based meals using tofu. During week two, you will learn how to transform the tempeh into hearty, flavor-packed meals. You’ll learn tips, tricks, and techniques for working with these ingredients so that you can transform them into a wide variety of dishes. If you’re unfamiliar with these foods or if you’ve turned your nose up at any of them, this series is for you. This series is perfect for people who want to reduce or eliminate animal protein in their diet, new vegans interested in learning more, and active vegans looking for new inspiration in the kitchen.
