 ain date: May 17). This year marks the 35th Annual Hudson Valley Beltane F
 estival at Stone Mountain Farm in New Paltz\, NY.\n\nThe Hudson Valley Bel
 tane Festival is a family-friendly\, outdoor celebration that blends the p
 omp and whimsy of a Renaissance Faire with the magic of a springtime picni
 c gala. Held on the beautiful grounds of Stone Mountain Farm\, the festiva
 l brings together music\, dance\, giant puppets\, storytelling and communi
 ty to celebrate the turning of the seasons. Dancers from the Caravan’s D
 ance Institute will perform in the magical Beltane Pageant at 4pm.\n\nThe 
 Pageant caps the day with a theatrical performance of myth\, magic\, aeria
 l flight and giant puppetry. The dancers and audience alike welcome spring
 . Dancers weave a wondrous tale as fairies\, gnomes\, elemental spirits an
 d magical creatures. Expect a rainbow of giant puppets\, talking birds\, d
 ancing dragons and more.\n\nThis year\, the festival will be co-hosted by 
 Stone Mountain Farm and The Vanaver Caravan.\n\nFestival Gates open at 12p
