Kids will meet Olivia Rose, a professional ceramic artist, and learn how sculptors bring their ideas to life, and then get hands-on as they sculpt their own masterpieces to take home. It’s a creative adventure for all aspiring artists!
NextGen STEAM is the Mid-Hudson Discovery Museum’s monthly program where kids get the chance to meet diverse professionals from exciting STEAM careers — scientists, engineers, artists, and more! Hear inspiring stories, learn what motivated these experts to pursue their paths, and get a glimpse into their daily work. Each session features a hands-on activity or craft that ties into the profession, offering a fun and interactive way for young minds to explorSchool e potential passions.
