Kids Mindfulness Winter Break Workshop

WCSD Continuing Education Winter Break Mindfulness Workshop for Kids
This 5 hour workshop is a great Winter Break activity for kids in grades 2-7. Teachings work on strategies for anxiety, calming techniques, frustration tolerance, and self-care skills. Students make a journal with all the techniques they learn and take home a variety of crafts. Students should bring a beach towel, snack, water, and lunch for the day.
