 4 pm\n\nCelebrate Juneteenth in the Garden with a free afternoon of commun
 ity\, culture\, and family fun. Enjoy performances\, artmaking\, and picni
 cking on the Great Lawn with complimentary hand-rolled ice cream\, courtes
 y of Only Rare NYC!\n\nJamel Gaines Creative Outlet returns with a moving 
 performance\, including new pieces that highlight the legacy of the Black 
 experience in America and the resilience of the human spirit. Then take to
  the dance floor for an engaging workshop led by performer and instructor 
 Theara Ward. The afternoon concludes with lively performances by students 
 from local Bronx Public Schools who participate in the JGCO Residency Prog
 ram. All ages are welcome.\n\n12PM-4PM Art Making Station\n12PM–2PM Comp
 limentary hand-rolled ice cream by Only Rare NYC\n2PM Jamel Gaines Creativ
 e Outlet Performs\n3PM Dance Workshop led by Jamel Gaines Creative Outlet\
 n3:30PM Student Performances by Bronx Schools PS 70 and PS 85\nPicnicking 
 permitted all afternoon on our Great Lawn. Bring your own or purchase spec
 ialty menu items from our Café\, including kids meal options.\n\nVisitors
  may bring folding chairs and blankets.\n\nReservations are not required f
 or the Great Lawn.\n\nIn the event of inclement weather\, this event will 
 move indoors where seating is limited. To reserve a Rain or Shine ticket\,
