DESCRIPTION:Family Art Project: Day of the Dead\nSaturday\, November 1st &a
 mp\; Sunday\, November 2nd 2025\n\n10 am - 1 pm\n\nFree with admission to 
 the grounds.\n\nAdmission: $10 | $8 students &amp\; seniors | $4 ages 6-17
 \n\nCelebrate this special Mexican cultural holiday as we explore and crea
 te nicho boxes\, small shadow boxes filled with meaning and purpose that h
 onor a lost loved one.\n\nOn Saturday at 10:30AM and 11:30PM families can 
 learn more about the holiday with a storytime program from our partners Li
 teracy in Community in the Mark Twain Room\, all ages welcome.\n\nLiteracy
  in Community works day in and day out throughout Manhattan\, Brooklyn\, Q
 ueens\, The Bronx and Staten Island\, to provide reading and learning oppo
 rtunities for children so that they grow into competent readers\, ready to
  succeed in school and in life.\n\nRegistration not required.\n\nWave Hill
  House is wheelchair-accessible. There is an accessible\, ground-level ent
 rance at the front of the building with a power-assist door. The restroom 
 on the ground level is all-gender and ADA-compliant. Additional ADA-compli
 ant restrooms are available on the lower level\, which can be accessed by
